Chris Clark, Director.
Chris has spent the last 22 years working in the telecommunications industry, building extensive experience across installation, support, and technical management.
Chris's journey in telecoms began in 2004, working with systems including Samsung, Inter-Tel, Avaya, and Toshiba. During this time, he gained hands-on experience installing and supporting business phone systems for companies of all sizes. As technology evolved, so did his career, leading him into the world of Mitel systems and eventually progressing into a Technical Manager role.
Throughout his career, Chris has always enjoyed the problem-solving aspect of the industry and helping businesses find reliable communication solutions that genuinely work for them. He believes that excellent customer service and honest advice are just as important as the technology itself.
In 2022, Chris took the leap and founded Absolute IP, combining years of industry knowledge with a passion for delivering personal, dependable service. Since then, the business has continued to grow, supporting local companies with telecoms, broadband, CCTV, hosting, and connectivity solutions.
Alongside his work in telecommunications, Chris also opened a craft beer tap room in Lee-on-the-Solent—something completely different but equally rewarding. It has provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with the local community and create a welcoming space for people to enjoy together.

Leonard’s career in technology began in 1998 within the telecommunications industry, before naturally progressing into the world of data networking and fibre optics. With a genuine passion for technology and innovation, Leonard has always believed in the mindset that every day is an opportunity to learn something new.
Over the years, Leonard has built a reputation for being enthusiastic, confident, ambitious and the girls in the office would say extremely funny, someone who thrives on new challenges and enjoys finding solutions that make a real difference for clients and businesses alike.
Bringing decades of industry knowledge and hands-on experience, Leonard has spent the last 15 years delivering projects across Audio Visual, Electrical, and SMART home solutions through his work at Lumia. His broad technical understanding, combined with a practical and customer-focused approach, has helped deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
A large part of Leonard’s success has come from his ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and senior stakeholders. Having worked extensively in client-facing environments throughout his career, he understands the importance of listening, identifying opportunities, and truly understanding the technology requirements within an organisation.
